The style is Flying Rainbow Tai Chi Fan developed by Master Helen Wu. Special acknowledgement for my instructor Ruth Kneile for her support and encouragement. What is Qi Gong? Qi Gong exercises are used for health and healing. Qi Gong is a holistic system of coordinated body postures, slow movement, breathing, meditation, spirituality, and martial arts training. Qi Gong has roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts. The purpose of Qi Gong practice is to cultivate and balance Qi, which is translated as "life energy".
